The Rising Farmworker Dream Fund (RFDF) is a venture philanthropy firm that aims to transform the lives of farm workers using the power and resources of business.

RFDF’s first initiative is the Migrant MBA Project which seeks to promote graduate business degrees among sons and daughters of migrant and seasonal farm workers.
