MBA Fellowships

Obtaining an MBA degree can often lead to a top position in business, government, and non-profit organizations. The sons and daughters of farm workers have historically not pursued graduate degrees in business; this is one of the many reasons business resources do not flow to the farm working community. Consistent with its mission, RFDF focuses on educating students about the benefits of an MBA degree as well as the process of MBA admissions – an often rigorous and competitive journey.

1) Pre-MBA Fellowship Award - for students applying for an MBA within the next 12 months.
2) MBA Prep Fellowship Award - for students & professionals interested in pursuing an MBA within 5 years.

Application period is ongoing and is given on a first-come, first-serve basis. As part of the application process, candidates are required to perform various tasks that further the mission of RFDF and help elevate the farm working community.
