The Rising Farmworker Dream Fund (RFDF) is a venture  philanthropy firm that aims to transform the lives of farm workers using the power and resources of business. Our current efforts are primarily directed at helping the sons and daughters of farm laborers ("migrant students").

Programs include:

• The RFDF Exchange - an online platform that enables sons and daughters of farm workers to raise money to fund their educational objectives and allows them to share ideas, resources, and experiences with their peeers and mentors. 
• miniMBA University - a comprehensive financial and business literacy curriculumn to empower migrant students to help themselves and help others.
  
• RFDF Fellowship Program - a scholarship initiative to promote higher education and the MBA degree among migrant students.
• RFDF Entrepreneurs (pilot) - a program to fund businesses created by migrant students and farm workers.
